Laleh Fazel, is the Founder and Clinical Director of Diamond Wellness Institute. She practiced as a physician in Iran for over 15 years and successfully operated her own aesthetic clinic, building extensive experience in patient care, facial anatomy, and clinical safety.

After relocating to Canada, Laleh continued to advance her expertise in medical aesthetics through additional Canadian training and certifications in aesthetic and laser technologies. She founded Diamond Wellness Institute to combine her international medical experience with modern Canadian aesthetic standards.

Her approach blends medical precision, artistic balance, and individualized care. Every treatment is designed with safety, evidence-based principles, and natural-looking outcomes in mind.

Dr. Mehdi Shahsavan, MD, CCFP, is a board-certified Family Physician and the Medical Director of Diamond Wellness Institute. Licensed by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) and certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC), he leads the clinic’s medical and aesthetic standards with uncompromising precision.

In addition to his medical training, Dr. Shahsavan has completed advanced professional training in aesthetic injectables, including Botox, Dermal Fillers, Sculptra, and Radiesse, along with a broad range of non-surgical cosmetic procedures. His approach is rooted in evidence-based medicine, meticulous technique, and natural, balanced outcomes.

Known for his diagnostic accuracy and calm, thoughtful manner, he creates personalized treatment plans that enhance each client’s features while preserving their identity. His leadership ensures that Diamond Wellness Institute operates at the highest medical and aesthetic standards, delivering refined, safe, and results-driven care.

Mahsa is a Certified Medical Aesthetician trained in British Columbia and Dermalogica certified in medical-grade skincare. She has completed professional certifications in Laser and advanced aesthetic technologies.

She provides medical-grade facials, microneedling, laser hair removal, and body contouring treatments with a focus on precision, consistency, and client comfort.

As Client Care Coordinator, she supports a smooth and personalized client experience while working within the clinic’s established medical standards.

Katrina is a trained Medical Aesthetician and Laser Technician at Diamond Wellness Institute. She completed her diploma in Medical Aesthetics and Laser Technology in Canada with focused training in advanced skin treatments and laser procedures.

She specializes in advanced facials, microneedling, laser hair removal for all skin types, dermaplaning, and resurfacing treatments.
